We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. The following policy provides an overview of how we handle shipments.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the order. The exact costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use DHL for all our deliveries. Delivery times depend on the destination address.

Delivery Times

  • Within the Netherlands: usually 1–3 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination

Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If something goes wrong, please contact us; we will gladly help you find a solution.

Incorrect Address

If the provided address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
