We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VYZN.
If something is not to your satisfaction, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Labels and tags must still be attached.

Only purchases made directly through our official website are eligible for returns.
Return Costs

The return cost is €3.95, paid by the customer.

We recommend sending the package with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Pre-orders cannot be returned as they are specially produced based on orders.
